ck2222 Terms & Conditions

To register and use ck2222, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity for gaming purposes.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ck2222, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under the laws applicable to you based on your jurisdiction of residence.

ck2222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in the restriction or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending funds pending compliance review.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each player may hold only one active ck2222 account. If you already hold a ck2222 account and attempt to open another, ck2222 may close both accounts and confiscate any funds held therein.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ck2222 support immediately via the contact details available on this platform.

ck2222 may, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or identity theft.
• Suspected money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Abusive or threatening conduct directed at platform staff or other players.
• Any action that ck2222 reasonably believes may expose it to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ck2222 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Funds may be returned at ck2222's discretion following the conclusion of any review process.

ck2222 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ck2222 does not currently impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. ck2222 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an account not registered in the player's name may be reversed and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to process during peak periods, though ck2222 endeavours to complete most withdrawals the same business day (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• ck2222 reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing any withdrawal request.

ck2222 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may deduct their own service charges. ck2222 accepts no responsibility for third-party fees applied by payment providers.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ck2222 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If you fund your account via a payment method denominated in a different currency, the conversion to BDT will be handled by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate.

ck2222 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses for existing players, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, Eid, and other occasions relevant to our Bangladeshi player base.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account without notice.

Each product category is subject to the following general rules:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict ck2222's liability for fraud or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

ck2222 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, ck2222 will endeavour to notify active players via their registered contact method. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the ck2222 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support. Any funds held in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to standard verification procedures and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.
